Detailed directions.

From the A38 southbound, come off at the A384 signposted Totnes Dartmouth and Kingsbridge.
Turn left at the top of the slip road.
In Dartington at the island turn left onto A385 signposted Totnes.
In Totnes at the first set of real traffic lights turn right onto A381 signposted Dartmouth and Kingsbridge.
Drive straight through Harbertonford, past the (first) garage.
At the next village, (Halwell) take either the sharp left turn signposted Dartmouth (No Lorries), or alternatively continue up the bendy hill and take the next left immediately after the next (BP) petrol station.
..... Now watch for the pubs / clubs ...
Pass the Forces Arms on your left.
Pass the Woodland Leisure Park, on your right
Pass the Dartmouth Golf Club, on your left.
After the Garden Centre on the right look for the signs giving directions to Capton, these signs will guide you as follows ...
At the Sportsmans Arm, which is on your left on a very sharp right bend, take the turning signposted Capton and Dittisham (really this is like going straight on, rather than following the main road round a right hand bend).
In about a mile take the first left, signposted Capton.
The lane is narrow, bending round and down past close to some very pretty coloured cottages. After these terraced cottages, when you see the telephone box on the left you need to keep right slightly uphill signposted 'Bridlepath' and 'Dittisham Farm'.
Keeping right, going uphill ignoring 'downhill' drives on your left-hand side, you actually go along the bridlepath for about 50 yards until you see the sign for our Dittisham Farm on the left.
The entrance is via the wide double metal gates. Pull right in, following the gravel path up to the Conservatory to unload.
